TOEFL Reading Task 2 — Reading in Daily Life

This task measures your ability to identify main ideas, infer meaning, understand idioms and informal or telegraphic language, and locate key information in various text formats. You will read a short text and have 1–2 minutes to read the text and answer all the questions.

Each question is worth 1 point. There are 2 questions in this set.
Total time: 5 minutes. The exercise auto-submits when the timer hits zero.
