Study Room Booking Changes

Starting Monday, October 6, group study rooms on the second floor of Hartley Library can be booked only through the library website. Bookings open seven days in advance, and each student may reserve up to two hours per day.

Please arrive on time. If no one from your group checks in at the front desk within 15 minutes of the start time, the room will be released to students on the waiting list.

Rooms must be left as you found them: wipe the whiteboards clean and take all food and drinks with you. Groups that leave a room in poor condition may lose booking privileges for the rest of the semester.

Questions about the new system can be directed to the help desk on the first floor.

According to the announcement, what happens if a group does not check in within 15 minutes?
